Miren Nekane Bilbao

PhD, Professor

Miren Nekane Bilbao received his PhD in Information Technologies at the University of Alcala in 2014. She is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Communications Engineering, University of the Basque Country, Spain. Her research interests are focused on meta-heuristic optimization algorithms and their application to real problems springing from telecommunications, operations research and Economics. In these fields she has authored several journal articles and book chapters, contributed to national and international conference proceedings and participated in several research projects.
